2025 Hong Kong Netball Under 16’s Regional Academy Program 2025 香港投球16歲或以下地區訓練計劃
This program is designed for netballers aged 13-16 (born 2009-2012) seeking to elevate their game and performance pathway through training alongside their elite peers. The NHKC Academy Programme serves as the official talent identification platform for selection and development into National Youth Squads.
本計劃專為13至16歲（2009至2012年出生）的投球運動員而設，旨在通過與同齡精英球員共同訓練，提升球技並在競技道路上更進一步。中國香港投球希望藉本訓練計劃發掘有潛質的運動員加以培訓後成為香港青少年隊成員。
Details of the programme are as follows:

Squad Training 區隊訓練
Each player will join either the Kowloon OR Island squad 每位球員可選擇參加九龍或港島其中一支區隊
a) Kowloon Squad 九龍區隊
Pre-Trial Training 選拔前訓練
– Aug 16, 23 (Sat), 8am – 11am, Shun Lee Tsuen Sports Centre 順利邨體育館
Squad Trial 選拔 (Compulsory 必須參與)
– Aug 30 (Sat), 8am – 11am, Shun Lee Tsuen Sports Centre 順利邨體育館
Squad Training 區隊訓練 (must attend minimum 10 of the 12 sessions)
– Sep 6, 13, 20, 27 (Sat), 8am – 10am, Shun Lee Tsuen Sports Centre 順利邨體育館
– Oct 4, 18, 25 (Sat), 8am – 10am, Shun Lee Tsuen Sports Centre 順利邨體育館
– Nov 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 (Sat), 8am – 10am, Shun Lee Tsuen Sports Centre 順利邨體育館
b) Island Squad 港島區隊
Pre-Trial Training 選拔前訓練

– Aug 20 (Wed), 7pm – 10pm, Hong Kong Park Sports Centre 香港公園體育館

– Aug 27 (Wed), 7pm – 9pm, Hong Kong Park Sports Centre 香港公園體育館

Touring Team Training 海外隊訓練
– Starting October 15, selected players must attend both the Kowloon and Island training.
