Junior Netball League 2025-26 Registration

Player’s Registration
1) Player Fee for 2025/2026 Season $240 paid by their club
2) Completed the 2025/26 seasons JNL disclaimer form prior to taking court

Notes:
– Team convenors/managers are responsible for ensuring all teams members have completed JNL Disclaimer forms.

Team List
For each team application, the Form B (Team List) must be submitted via email in EXCEL format,. Emails need to be sent to the JNL convenor email: [email protected] on or before 26th September.

Notes:
U19s, U14s, U12s
– A maximum of twelve players are allowed on the team list. Additional players must gain NHKC approval.
– The team list includes FULL NAMES of the players in the team, playing history and date of birth.
– Team lists must be finalised by 13th October (after the second week of Round Robin games)
– Within the first 2 weeks, changes to team lists can be re-submitted without penalty
– Team list changes (either adding or changing players) AFTER Week 2 of the competition, will incur an admin fee of $200HKD. The fee will be the same regardless of the number of changes made.
– After Week 2 of Round Robin, submitted players cannot be moved down, only up.

U10s
– A maximum of fifteeen players are allowed on a team list.
– The team list includes FULL NAMES of the players in the team, playing history and date of birth.
– Within the first 2 weeks, changes to team lists can be re-submitted without penalty
– Team lists must be finalised before 26th September (Second week of Round Robin games)
– Team list changes (either adding or changing players) AFTER Week 2 of the competition, will incur an admin fee of $200HKD. The fee will be the same regardless of the number of changes made.
– After the first tournament, submitted players cannot be moved downwards, only up.
Registration Fees and Payment
1. Team Registration Fee: HK$300 per team for the season

2. Player Registration : $240 per player for the season.
(Cross Cheque OR Direct Transfer to HSBC 178-768966-001)

*ONE CLUB/TEAM = TWO CHEQUES or TWO TRANSACTIONS (ONE for Team Fee; ONE for Player Registration)
