About Nicolas Jones
Nicola Jones serves on the World Netball Coaching Advisory Panel, bringing over 20 years of experience in developing netball across the Oceania region. Her extensive contributions include designing Netball New Zealand’s NetGo programme—creating coaching workshops and resources—as well as mentoring Coach Developers and teachers in the Pacific. She also led the review and redevelopment of junior netball in New Zealand, demonstrating her impact at all levels of the sport.
Beyond Oceania, Nicola has shared her expertise internationally, coaching both the Sri Lanka Senior and Under 21 national squads.
