Foundation Coaching Course (Netball) – Suitable for Beginner Coaches and Coaches of Young and Inexperienced Netball Players
The Foundation Coaching Course serves as an entry point into the Coach Accreditation Pathway, making it an ideal choice for individuals aspiring to embark on a coaching career. We also extend a warm invitation to secondary or university netballers who have prior experience playing netball during their school years and are eager to transition into a coaching role.

- Participants must fully complete and attend all theory, practical, and assessment sessions as outlined, unless they receive prior approval and exemption from the facilitator based on their prior knowledge. Failure to attend the scheduled course dates will result in an unsuccessful course completion. Additionally, successful participants are required to pass the practical assessment.
- Prior to the course commencement, participants are required to complete the online Foundation Coaching Course by Netball Australia. The course fee of $75 AUD is to be paid directly to Netball Australia.
- Participants must possess a minimum of 2 years’ netball playing experience, either at school or club level.
- Participants must demonstrate a solid understanding of netball rules.
- The recommended minimum age for participation is 16 years or above. Priority will be given to applicants with more experience.

- After submitting the registration form, kindly await the confirmation email from NHKC.
- Upon receipt of the NHKC confirmation email, please proceed to make the payment as per the instructions provided.
