Nomination Form
Objective
To recognize the extraordinary contribution of individuals in the role of netball coach on a national, club, university/ school or community level.
Award Process
The HKNA will invite clubs, universities and schools by email to nominate Coaches who they believe should receive a “Thanks Coach” award. A nomination form must be completed within the due date.
Nomination
All nominations must be supported by brief details of the nominee’s contribution.
Deadline
All nominations must be received by HKNA by 5pm Friday 29 May 2020
Selection Criteria
Winners will be selected according to the following criteria:
- Number of teams/players under the coach’s instruction
- Length of Coaching
- Loyalty in providing coaching service
- Contribution in promoting the sport
- Coaching Courses / workshops attended
- Providing support to HKNA courses/tournaments/events
- Performance of team(s) coached
- Improvement of team(s) coached
*Nominations from each club is limited to a maximum of 5 Coaches
