Introduction to Netball Umpiring and Rules Discussion
This is a new introductory course targeted at players and members of the netball community that would like to learn the rules better and learn to umpire.
1.5 hours of theory, covering the rules and sanctions.
1.5 hours of practical, how to umpire, movement on the court, toss ups, setting of sanctions.
Upon completion of the course, participants should volunteer to umpire clubs and school training sessions. Once they have some competence they will then be able join the Foundation/Level 1 Umpires Course with some degree of priority and progress along the umpiring pathway.
Theory : 7 September 2021 7pm-8:30pm at Olympic House
Practical : 12 September 1pm-2:30pm Fa Hui Park (NETFEST)
