2XU Joint University Competition

The Joint University Competition 2023-24 organized by Netball Hong Kong, China is scheduled for February 17th, March 2nd, March 16th, April 6th and April 13th.

Games will be played in Hong Kong Park Sports Centre at 9AM-3PM

Participating teams:

Men’s division:

1. University of Hong Kong (HKU)
2. Education University of Hong Kong (EDUHK)
3. Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)
4. Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)

Ladies’ division:

1. Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)
2. Education University of Hong Kong (EDUHK)
3. Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)
4. University of Hong Kong (HKU)

Competition Details:

• Round robin tournament. Followed by semi-final (1vs4, 2vs3) and final
• During round robin: 3 points for a win, 2 points each team for a draw, 1 point for a loss
• 4 x 12mins. 2minutes break for quarter time and 4minutes break for half time.
• 7-a-side competition – Netball tules in-line with NHKC ladies and men’s league

Friendly Games:

• Friendly games are scheduled at 2PM-3PM on February 17th, March 2nd, March 16th and April 6th.
• Open to all (priority to university students)
• Accepting sign ups as individuals or as a team (doesn’t have to be currents/alumnis from the same university) with minimum 8 players
