1. Register online by the end of 1st September (i.e 23:59 of 1st September). Link :
2. One team ONLY per registration.
3. Payment: There will be no team fees however each team must fulfill the following conditions:

a) Submit a team registration deposit of HKD 500 per team, please make cheque payable to Hong Kong Netball Association Ltd. Cheque must be mailed or given to HKNA within 7 days from your registration.

Deposit in cheque format will be given back to the teams once they have finished playing their competition. Deposit will NOT be returned to any team IF such team withdraws from the competition or skips any matches during the competition. A registered team is required to provide enough players to play all the matches.

b) Players - Teams are to submit a team list during registration, a minimum of 7 players must be registered,. Teams can add a maximum of 5 players after registration. Hence in total, each team can only register a maximum of 12 players. Please note that players can only be registered for one team for each day of the tournament. Check the poster for which day each category is played.

c) Disclaimer forms for all the players must be completed and signed properly and returned to the registration desk before your game. For details, please refer to the Disclaimer section of this registration form or the Disclaimer Form itself given at a later stage.

d) NGO’s support - as no team fees is required to play in competition, we are sincerely asking all the registered teams to support and welcome the children from the NGOs we have invited by donating some packaged food and drinks. The children will be joining the Netball Promotion activities running in line with the competitions during Netball Festival.

Examples of donations: individually packed biscuits, lollies, juice boxes (minimum 12 individual packs per team donation is suggested). We require all the packaged food donated is not short-dated nor with damaged/dented packaging. All these will be given out to the children on the day in their ‘goodies bag’. We request all the teams to bring their donations (food/drinks) when they check in at registration desk. However, NO cash donation please!
